🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • A minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or payroll experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions • Self-motivated and curious in nature • Maintain confidentiality of all data and information • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands • Organized and detail-oriented • Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset • Collaborative and works closely as a team player • Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team.
