• Apryse is seeking a Customer Billing Specialist for our global operations. • This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to grow into other roles over time. • This role is well suited for someone who loves engaging with customers and is ready to prove they can lead the customer invoicing process. • As a valued member of our Finance and Operations team, you will be responsible for leveraging our newly implemented ERP (NetSuite) to perform customer invoicing and communication of invoices to customers. • Identify errors in supporting invoice documentation prior to invoice cycle and work to resolve errors with internal and external parties. • Customer billing portal administration. • Identifying and leading the business changes needed to streamline invoicing and minimize the occurrence of overdue accounts. • Working with other team members to ensure the delivery of great customer service throughout the lifecycle of quoting, contracting, invoicing and payment. • Acting as one of the primary contacts for customer inquiries, including order/payment status, account issues, license configuration, etc. • Acting as a liaison between customers and internal team members to ensure billing inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. • Assist Collection Specialist as needed. • Learning the Apryse business, including product capabilities and competitive advantages.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing role. • Candidate must sit in the Eastern time zone • Experience using an ERP for invoicing and managing accounts receivable, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tesorio a plus. • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with strong negotiation skills. • Excellent organizational skills and results driven mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of fun.
