• Managing the post-sales journey of a selected customer group from product launch to expansion and support to contract extension • Proactively addressing the customer group to strengthen product understanding and loyalty • Creating meaningful product presentations • Processing customer inquiries and obtaining feedback • Close collaboration with other teams, e.g. support, finance, content services, marketing and product • Identifying additional up- and cross-selling opportunities
• Strong written and oral knowledge of both German and English (B2+, C1, C2 level) • 1-3 years of experience in customer success management, account management or comparable experience with a high proportion of customer contact • Your professional demeanor and the ability to actively listen to and understand customers • Smart negotiation skills and good presentation skills • Your independent working style and high problem-solving orientation
