• Identify, establish and support strategic C-suite / investment relationships with software companies. • Support deal origination through KPI-first sales process. • Maintain and manage M&A database by logging activities; Salesforce CRM proficiency is a must. • Drive product, market and company research to assess software acquisition targets in private and public markets. • Proactively contact acquisition targets via cold calls, online and email channels.
• Fluency in English and Italian. • Other languages (German, French, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus. • 1-3 years of progressive professional experience either in software/technology high-volume sales (100+ proactive outbound calls per week), PE/VC business development; financial/professional services or wealth/asset management including commercially facing account management and/or direct sales experience. • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineering. • Engage in highly strategic, commercial discussions with industry executives. • Masters in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Self-directed with unfaltering sense of urgency. Must be coachable.
