•We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. •This role requires a consultative approach to designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Sales Cloud to support Revenue Operations (RevOps) and revenue forecasting. •The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Certinia PSA, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud—along with expertise in DevOps, CI/CD practices, change management, and user adoption. •A passion for leveraging AI-driven tools and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
•5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant or similar role, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions. •Extensive experience with Sales Cloud implementations, including pipeline management, sales process automation, and revenue forecasting. •Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ (SCPQ) for revenue-focused workflows. •Proficiency in Certinia PSA for managing professional services operations. •Demonstrated experience with Marketing Cloud for campaign management and customer engagement. •Experience with Data Cloud for data integration, segmentation, and analytics supporting revenue insights. •Salesforce AI Specialist Certification or equivalent experience with Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce features. •Proven experience with DevOps and CI/CD best practices for Salesforce deployments. •Strong background in change management and change control, ensuring system stability and compliance during updates. •Experience designing and executing user onboarding and adoption strategies to drive platform engagement and success. •Exceptional communication skills. •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a consultative approach to problem-solving. •Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist) strongly preferred. •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, or Computer Science) or equivalent experience. •Nice-to-Haves: •Experience implementing Salesforce for professional services organizations, with a focus on optimizing service delivery and revenue streams. •Previous experience in a RevOps-focused role within a B2B environment. •Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or Zapier.
