• Developing UIs for the ArangoDB open-source database. • Focus on user-centric design and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience: developing the frontend with a strong understanding of JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. • Basic understanding of BackboneJS, jQuery. • Good UX comprehension and understanding. • Ability to understand API-based communication with a backend to ensure reliable frontend feature development. • Ability to dig through complex code and provide reasonable solutions. • Understanding of prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe Experience Design is a plus. • Good communication and articulation skills to portray your ideas and thought processes. • Willingness to take feature/product ownership and drive the development process. • Good to have skill set: Unit testing and E2E testing experience. • Open source contribution. • Database knowledge - ArangoDB / SQL / NOSQL.
