🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional services experience and 2+ years of SaaS hands-on configuration and implementation experience • Strong understanding of software configuration, system integrations, and implementation methodologies. • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. • Experience managing offshore development teams and ensuring quality deliverables. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. • A mindset for refining processes and driving implementation efficiencies. • Knowledge of TPRM frameworks and best practices is a plus.
