Description

• Own our metrics, reporting, and data visualization tools. • Work with key stakeholders to understand the business and design reports and dashboards that allow our data to tell a story. • Quickly turn business questions into data visualizations that can be scalable throughout the organization. • Attention to detail and a constant ability to question the data and improve data integrity. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely across teams, time zones, and dependencies. • Demonstrate sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others and make excellent business and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL. • A customer-first mindset, ensuring the end-user is at the center of every decision. • A customer-centric approach to product development, focusing on creating robust, scalable, accessible, and user-friendly solutions. • 0-to-1 experience, with a strong inclination toward shipping quickly, learning iteratively, and maintaining a high standard of quality. • A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and partners. • Data pipelines. • Running migrations and data backfills. • Database performance fine-tuning. • HIPAA compliant environment.
