📋 Description
• Managing customer accounts, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation. • Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections. • Ensuring compliance with AR policies and procedures and supporting accurate financial reporting. • Assisting in the automation of AR processes and the implementation of best practices. • Collaborating with internal teams such as finance, sales, and customer service to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction. • Preparing reports and financial analyses related to accounts receivable.
🎯 Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role. • Semi-senior level with solid knowledge in AR processes. • Proficiency in English. • Previous experience working with ERP systems (like SAP, Microsoft D365 or similar). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
