Description

• The role of a Training Consultant at Argano 4 Microsoft. • Bridge the gap between technical expertise and client needs. • Plan, develop, and deliver training for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. • Evaluate training needs and customize strategies for each client. • Develop training materials such as slide decks, labs, quick reference guides, and training videos. • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Applications. • Opportunity to learn and teach about client systems. • Support and deliver training on supply chain, finance, and projects. • Collaborate closely with functional and technical consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred. • Knowledgeable about Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SC). • Aptitude for creating polished documentation and teaching others. • Enjoy helping people learn how to navigate complex software. • Technical aptitude and knowledge of topics related to F&SC such as Financial Management, Supply Chain Processes, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications suite. • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously. • Strong presentation skills for software training. • Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language. • Strong planning and organizational skills. • Active listening and empathy skills. • Experience with large-scale deployments of ERP software solutions, preferably Dynamics 365 F&SC. • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple requests. • Collaborative team player. • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Valid driver's license. • Valid passport.
