• Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials) Functional Consultant • Job Location: Remote – India • Oracle Cloud Modules: General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Accounting Hub, Advance Collections and Credits, Cash Management, Expenses • We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solution. • The Functional Consultant is expected to have expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud Financial modules. The successful candidate will have completed three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials. • Responsibilities include consulting clients, collaborating with project teams, analyzing systems, identifying new requirements, leading project phases, and providing post-production support.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. • CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus. • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions. • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements • Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and MultiOrg / Multi Currency experience • Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments. • Prior experience leading or managing projects. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills • High commitment to exceed performance expectations. • Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements. • Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations. • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers. • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Even though this is an individual contributor role, ability to coach / mentor the team is expected.
