Description

• Principal Consultant for delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions. • Guide clients through SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. • Develop and implement strategic SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to client needs. • Establish and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies for smooth execution. • Guide clients through change management processes associated with SAP S/4HANA implementation. • Stay abreast of latest SAP S/4HANA developments and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. • At least 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple core modules. • SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in relevant module(s) highly valued. • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules such as FICO, MM, PP, SD, PS, WM, etc. • Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading complex SAP implementation projects. • Exceptional client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor. • Proficient in risk management, quality assurance, and change management processes. • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments.
