Description

• A Lead Consultant at Argano is responsible for managing mid to large size client engagements and contributing to the consulting practice. • They provide expert advice related to technology to businesses and organizations. • Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure and processes. • Lead consultants work with security and data management and should demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology. • Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential for this role.

Requirements

• Must have a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and the challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams • Module specific experience in Talent Management or Learning is required. • Minimum of four full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in your module of expertise • Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clients • Oracle certified in your module of expertise • Proven ability to understand client’s data movement to external systems • Ability to effectively manage communication at the client senior levels • Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities with commitment to quality • Proven ability to manage and deliver large projects • Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment • Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning • Strong willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with others • Willing to travel as necessary
