• A Principal Consultant Client Services at Argano play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Client Services family. • They are responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with mid to large size clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and continued business with the company. • They provide advanced technical support and configuration when requested. • They act as a bridge between the client and Argano, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. • A Lead Consultant is constantly implementing and testing enhancements as well as new functionality. • This position involves setting strategic goals, leading mid to large size client initiatives, and providing expert guidance to both clients and internal teams. • Argano is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials consultant in our Client Services practice. • This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through day-to-day system support of all Oracle Cloud Financial modules. • The consultant will be responsible for working with the client team to resolve issues, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and continue system enhancement to optimize business operations. • The resource should have extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Financial business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.) expected. • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected. • 5 - 10 years of Client Services experience or in related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. • Experience with one or more of the following modules: General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Accounting Hub, Advance Collections and Credits, Cash Management, Expenses. • CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus. • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions. • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements. • Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and MultiOrg / Mutli Currency experience. • Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments. • Prior experience leading or managing projects. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • High commitment to exceed performance expectations. • Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements. • Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations. • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers. • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel as needed. • Experience Leading and managing mid-size client projects independently. • Experience providing complex solutions to clients. • Extensive expertise in multiple technical domains and IT knowledge. • Proven track record of successful project management and client satisfaction.
