Description
• We are looking for Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant possessing experience in functions of Human Capital Management. • Having strong Functional skills in configuration and set up of Oracle Cloud HCM application. • Role will require the candidate to work independently showing strong expertise and ability to covert the functional specification into workable & robust solutions. • To configure and execute test script. • Ability to conduct and present proof of concepts.
Requirements
• Should have 5 - 7 years of relevant and deep experience in at least 2-3 functions of Oracle Cloud HCM. • Ready to take-up challenging projects and roles. • Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/onsite teams. • Ability to understand the requirement and configure in the Cloud product. • Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements. • Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration testing. • This role is for Managed Support clients in our organization. Ability to handle tickets independently handle tickets. • Having experience with OTBI. • Some technical experience in HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, SQL would be an added advantage.
