• Take the lead in Argano's Oracle Business Unit by driving strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and solution delivery in the Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing sector. • Collaborate with Oracle’s product teams, foster key client relationships, and position Argano as a preferred partner while supporting marketing and sales efforts to close new business. • Deliver exceptional client experiences through executive oversight on project engagements and steering committees.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field, expected. • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred. • Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with at least five years managing top-tier alliances with a focus on the SCM & MFG industries. • Proven success in managing joint innovation with Oracle and building win-win alliance relationships. • Strong networking and influence management skills, with executive-level communication experience. • Effective management of complex projects and programs, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary. • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. • Strategic Planning: Ability to Identify market trends and opportunities to inform practice strategy. • Deliverable Management Skills: Ensure the timely delivery of client-facing materials. • Practice Growth Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. • Market Research Skills: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry changes and client needs. • Collaboration Skills: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive practice visibility.
