📋 Description

• A Senior Engagement Manager at Argano takes on a leadership role in shaping the overall client services strategy and leading the most complex projects and high demand clients. • They are responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-value projects. • This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of successful client engagement. • They play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget. • Lead and oversee strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. • Keep tickets updated and adhering to SLAs. • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth. • Mentor and guide Engagement Managers and teams to ensure high-performance delivery. • Collaborate with executive leadership to align client services with overall business objectives. • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion. • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and company targets. • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. • Track project costs, expenses, and profitability. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet or exceed client expectations. • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement. • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal stakeholders. • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any relevant field expected. • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected. • 10-15 years of experience in client services or project management. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships. • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
