Description

• A Senior Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master at Argano is a highly experienced professional responsible for overseeing complex multi-platform, and enterprise-level engagement using Agile Scrum methodologies. • They determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. • This role combines advanced project management skills with expert knowledge of Scrum practices to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects. • They play a pivotal role in shaping project strategy, optimizing processes, and achieving organizational goals. • They are also responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, and is accountable for achieving project objectives while adhering to quality standards and best practices. • Senior Project Managers are also responsible for supporting project & program staffing decisions. • Lead and manage full lifecycle projects of Microsoft deals, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. • Manages customer expectations from project kick-off to Go-Live • Provides leadership and direction to the client PM and client team. • Resolves conflicts and issues with the goal of improving and maintaining positive relationships. • Plans and prioritizes activities and deliverables that support our client’s business goals and solution delivery, in accordance with the Argano Delivery Methodology • Creates and manages project plans and artifacts. • Tracks progress against deliverables, adjusts plans as required and provides regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers. • Proactively manages project budget, dependencies, and risks. • Leads, motivates, and develops project team members. • Fosters a strong project leadership team and follows escalation paths when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected. • 5+ years of project management including enterprise. • Proven experience as a Project Manager on enterprise Microsoft deals. • Demonstrated success in leading full lifecycle projects from initiation to closure. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interactive team management skills • Polished, professional, and confident presentation and public speaking skills. • Problem Solver: resolves issues and mitigates risk to avoid project blockers and escalations. • Experience working with Microsoft, ISVs, and integrations. • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate w/ C-level executives/sponsors. • Ability to create appropriate budget vs. actual reporting for presentation to customers and executive management. • Experience establishing and implementing internal tools and best practices. • Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment. • Ability to travel 25% to 50% to client sites. • PMP Certification a plus • Scrum Master certification a plus
