•We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP Change Management Consultant with a focus on SAP end-user training to join our team. •This role will focus on delivering SAP training programs and managing change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions across the organization. •The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP end-user training, change management methodologies, and a working knowledge of Public/Private Cloud environments (such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud or similar solutions).
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Instructional design, organizational development/leadership/behavior, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). •5+ years of experience in SAP training and change management, with a strong focus on SAP solutions. •Experience working with SAP Public Cloud (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) is highly preferred. •Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci or similar certifications). •Proven ability to develop training content, deliver sessions, and manage large training programs. •Demonstrated experience in contributing to sales proposals, sales activities and driving OCM sales •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
