🎯 Requirements
•5+ years in community management, preferably last 3 years in Web3 •Proven experience leading and managing online communities •Deep understanding of Web3 and the developer/user landscape •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the community •Experience engaging in the Arbitrum (or Ethereum) community •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport •Experience in fostering a positive and productive online environment •Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks •Experience with community management tools and platforms (Discord, social media listening tools, etc.) •A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret community metrics
