• Drive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum • Lead and conceptualize Web3 incentives growth campaigns • Understand partners' needs and craft solutions • Work closely with community, partnership and product marketing teams • Work with Offchain Lab to inform the product roadmap • Maintain open communication with external stakeholders • Create best practices and growth programs
• DeFi and/or Web3 professional experience • 5+ years in growth and account management • In-depth knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem • Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey • Strong communication skills • Able to work across time zones with global partners • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Incremental number of active wallets and successful and retained liquidity • Consultations to partners • Running growth campaigns for partners
