• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a focus on the Japanese market. • Extensive network of contacts within the enterprise sector in Japan, with demonstrated ability to leverage these connections for business opportunities. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels. • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation. • Fluency in both English and Japanese languages is required.
