• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Twitter, YouTube etc.) • Craft compelling content that resonates with developers, users, and the broader Web3 community • Put together paid and unpaid media mix to drive engagements, user acquisition and advocacy • Lead and manage a team of social media specialists across different regions • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution using creative resources • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Web3 trends and adapt strategies accordingly • Collaborate closely with other marketing and partnership teams to ensure brand consistency • Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement • Foster a positive and engaged online community around the Arbitrum ecosystem
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in social marketing, preferably last 3 years in Web3 • Proven experience leading social media strategy development and execution • Deep understanding of the Web3 space and its target audience • Strong track record of building and engaging online communities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in content creation (video, graphics, written content) for social media • A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
