β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Twitter, YouTube etc.) β€’ Craft compelling content that resonates with developers, users, and the broader Web3 community β€’ Put together paid and unpaid media mix to drive engagements, user acquisition and advocacy β€’ Lead and manage a team of social media specialists across different regions β€’ Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution using creative resources β€’ Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Web3 trends and adapt strategies accordingly β€’ Collaborate closely with other marketing and partnership teams to ensure brand consistency β€’ Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement β€’ Foster a positive and engaged online community around the Arbitrum ecosystem

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in social marketing, preferably last 3 years in Web3 β€’ Proven experience leading social media strategy development and execution β€’ Deep understanding of the Web3 space and its target audience β€’ Strong track record of building and engaging online communities β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Experience in content creation (video, graphics, written content) for social media β€’ A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics β€’ Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
