Description

• Looking for a communicative and passionate Customer Education Specialist. • Provide expert guidance and support to educational institutions. • Train and consult with schools, support managed services, troubleshoot issues. • Collaborate to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes. • Deliver the majority of training online, with limited in-person training. • Keep up to date with product, updates, changes to legislation.

Requirements

• Relevant background in the Education sector. • Ability to understand and articulate technology to a range of individuals, including non-technical users. • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. • Have a positive approach to learning new things, troubleshoot potential issues and help provide solutions. • Friendly, eager to get stuck in and always willing to help. • Good sense of humour and able to inspire others. • A proven track record in training (Desirable). • Analytical skills (Desirable).
