Description
• We're looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team to help build Arc and Codementor! • You’ll work closely across our sales, marketing, support, and product teams to lead projects and build out processes. • You will be the go-to expert for operations and processes, and you’ll bring this understanding to other teams through building dashboards and address any gaps and bottlenecks in operations. • This is a full-time, remote role. We ask candidates to be located within a 3 hour timezone difference of Taipei. • Own projects to automate processes by using off-the-shelf tools to eliminate repetitive tasks • Maintain internal operations workflows and be the point of contact for updates and ad-hoc requests • Communicate frequently with stakeholders to resolve issues and requests • Maintain HubSpot CRM and integrate internal database/tools within different teams • Work with product team to QA features in development and troubleshoot bugs • Write SQL to analyze datasets and build dashboards • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change that improves accuracy, scalability, and efficiency • Research and apply new tools to improve existing processes
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a business, product, or sales operations role • Native or near-native spoken and written English • Experience with automation (low-code, no-code) tools and data analysis — Zapier required! • Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) • Experience owning projects that involve multiple stakeholders • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
