β€’ A leading provider of technology and automation in the glass industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Programmer. β€’ The ideal candidate will be adept in designing, programming, and optimizing robotic systems, with a specialized focus on Fanuc, Kuka, and Kawasaki robots. β€’ This role requires proficiency in both industrial and collaborative robot applications, along with a comprehensive understanding of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control systems. β€’ You will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety in manufacturing environments. β€’ Develop, implement, and troubleshoot robotic programs for various applications, including assembly, welding, material handling, and machining. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose effective robotic solutions. β€’ Conduct thorough testing and validation of robotic systems to ensure compliance with performance specifications and safety standards. β€’ Optimize robot trajectories, motion profiles, and cycle times to maximize throughput and minimize downtime. β€’ Provide training and support to operators, technicians, and engineers on robotic programming, operation, and maintenance. β€’ Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in robotics to continuously improve processes and capabilities.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience programming and integrating Fanuc, Kuka, and Kawasaki industrial robots. β€’ Proficiency in robot programming languages such as Karel, KRL, and AS. β€’ Strong understanding of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control theory. β€’ Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., Roboguide, KUKA.Sim) for offline programming and virtual commissioning. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams. β€’ Prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries preferred. β€’ Relevant certifications (e.g., Fanuc Certified Robot Programmer) a plus.
