• Fully remote role • Be the technical point of contact for customers • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering • Manage critical customer support during out-of-office hours • Work with real-time technology in a dynamic environment • Lead product demonstrations and provide technical expertise • Assist customers in integrating the platform • Troubleshoot complex issues and manage escalations • Develop documentation and foster strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin • Strong background in real-time protocols such as WebSockets, MQTT, and Server-Sent Events • Extensive experience providing technical support to enterprise customers • Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles • Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka, APIs, and coding languages • Strong ability to manage and prioritize customer issues • A proactive learner and self-starter
