• Arcadia is a leading healthcare data platform company committed to transforming the healthcare industry by providing comprehensive data analytics solutions. • The Data Analyst position is a critical role for Arcadia’s strategic expansion within the Life Sciences Division. • This deeply technical role requires expertise in the life sciences sector, understanding of pharmaceutical use cases, and experience in analyzing electronic medical record data, claims data, and lab data. • Conducting complex data analysis to uncover trends, drive strategic decisions, and support growth in strategic partnerships is key to this role. • Deep knowledge of navigating, processing, and extracting valuable insights from multiple sources of healthcare data is essential. • Ability to perform sophisticated data analysis, including running data counts, predictive modeling, and statistical testing to drive business insights and decisions is necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis with in-depth knowledge of the life sciences market, including deep experience working with real-world data (RWD) across data sources: EMR, claims, labs, etc • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies and deliver on ambitious goals • Independence and comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a track record of achieving or surpassing performance goals
