📋 Description
• Attending daily and weekly team meetings to report on status of ongoing work • Investigating issues that are brought to the team through observability tools • Communicating with members of other teams to understand and replicate issues • Maintaining and improving documentation on how to identify and solve problems • Working with our customers’ data in a responsible and secure manner • Implementing fixes to issues with code and configuration • Creating test cases and implementing test suites
