📋 Description
• Lead and direct development and design of roadway infrastructure projects. • Perform different roles on multi-disciplined projects, including technical design and task leadership. • Engage in client-facing roles, making presentations and managing client expectations. • Assist in developing project scopes and budgets and mentor junior staff.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer • 10 or more years’ relevant engineering experience including supervision of elements of large, complex projects • Professional Engineer (PE) • Engineering experience with infrastructure design and construction engineering, which may include cost estimates, technical reports, construction plans and project displays. • Proficiency with CAD particularly Civil3D, Microstation and experience with OpenRoads software • Familiarity with ODOT design standards and policies. • Excellent, clear and concise, oral and written communication skills • Ability to work on multiple unique assignments simultaneously • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible individual
