Description

• Job Description: Lead Cybersecurity Engineers are responsible for activities including (but not limited to) administration and configuration of information security tools, security devices, cybersecurity safeguards, countermeasures, and cybersecurity event management. • The lead engineer will support a subset of individual contributors within the engineering teams, guiding, enabling and solutioning for operational lines of business and subsidiaries. • This position is for an experienced engineer comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies. • Being part of a dynamic team that works closely with service providers and with personnel from various organizational departments including the application development, IT operations, IT network, and privacy teams, while remaining agile. • These engineers lead teams with building, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise security solutions. • Lead Cybersecurity Engineers are senior level security technology experts and provide workgroup and team lead support. • They assist management with core department functions and objectives assigned to the teams.

Requirements

• Capable of leading information security principles, including risk assessment and management, threat and vulnerability management, incident response and identity and access management. • Strong technical knowledge of current systems, software, protocols and standards. (including TCP/IP and network administration/protocols) to be lead in areas where gaps are realized. • In-depth knowledge of operating systems and security applications, as well as a working knowledge of basic network protocols and tools. • Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness. • Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies with flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously. • Capable of Leading, implementing, and administering/managing technical solutions in major, large-scale system implementations. • Must have experience with: CyberArk, Delinea, and/or Symantec PAM Microsoft Entra PIM and/or AWS Identity Center Directory Services (AD, Oracle, ForgeRock, etc)
