📋 Description

• Shift: Mid Shift • As a member of the Strategic Analytics team supporting Claims, this candidate will manage and analyze large datasets and dashboards to provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders. • This position will help support, retain, and grow Arch’s book of business while reducing our client’s cost of risk. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, manage, and analyze large datasets to identify claim trends and insights for clients and prospects. • Develop presentations for clients and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Conduct portfolio and business unit analysis to support strategic decision-making for internal senior management. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous validation processes. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or other data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making. • Perform comprehensive statistical analysis to support business decisions. • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis. • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
