• Support Analyst provides end-user support • Create documentation for recurring tasks • Assist team in setting up user accounts • Diagnose and resolve technical problems • Operate under defined processes and procedures • Work with Helpdesk, Desktop Tech, and ATS teams • Night shift role • Day-to-day support for end users • Create and delete user accounts • Assist with Ad Hoc projects and backup support
🎯 Requirements
