• Join Archive in changing consumer shopping behavior for the better • As the leading technology platform for branded resale with 50+ brands globally including Lululemon, The North Face, New Balance, and more • Work as a Solutions Architect leading customer discovery, platform customization, and systems integrations • Ensure effective onboarding and customer satisfaction throughout implementation and support
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing technical role • Proven ability to work directly with external customers • Strong technical skills, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly • Experience synthesizing business, ops and technical requirements • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment • Experience at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company a plus
