Description
• The Accounting Manager leads and manages the daily operations of the accounting team • Collaborate with various cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Provide coaching, goal setting, and talent reviews to direct reports • Assist with Monthly and Quarterly Close • Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations prepared by the team • Prepare and review materials for internal and external reporting
Requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with general accounting • Strong technical acumen; US GAAP knowledge • ERP knowledge is a must and NetSuite is a plus • Experience leading teams and developing talent • International experience and prior experience in managing global financial monthly close process • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel • Proven experience in improving processes and controls • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
