Description

• Leadership for quota carrying regional acquisition sales teams as we scale the business. • Directly managing a team of 5-8 field based individual contributors • Learning how to be successful and instilling that into our processes, team and culture • Working with VP Sales and CRO to build, manage, and develop the team in alignment with the company’s aggressive growth plans • Assistance in developing the field sales strategy and ensuring that the team is adding value to sales situations both with prospects, customers and partners • Assisting in the ongoing refinement of the product, messaging, service, etc • Being the “voice of the customer” via a closed feedback loop along with Customer Success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Valid Passport • 4+ years Management experience required • 12+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience • Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills • Proven track record of delivering measurable results • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment • You must have a strong track record working in Sales Leadership • Track record developing and growing all sales functions • Strategic mindset and strong commercial skills • Experience in cloud technology, security, SaaS and enterprise software strongly preferred • Ideally you will have experience working for a high growth technology company
