📋 Description
• Design and develop engaging digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, emails, and digital marketing assets. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs. • Implement front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to translate designs into functional web pages. • Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to enhance user experiences. • Optimize designs for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design and front-end development. • Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
🎯 Requirements
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices • Ability to balance creativity with functionality, ensuring visually appealing and high-performing designs • Experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), including customization and content management • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind is a plus) • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in digital design and front-end development • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) • Portfolio showcasing design work and coding abilities
