Description

• Lead the Modern Infrastructure COE setting strategic goals and managing resources to meet performance targets • Develop high-level designs, addressing technical queries, and supporting sales efforts • Engage with industry leaders and collaborate on cross-sell solutions • Train sales teams and maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and technologies • Prepare and present reports on performance, progress, and challenges

Requirements

• 10+ years of related business and IT experience with extensive experience managing multiple cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering or Computer Science • Previous experience managing in a technology related company • Strong background in business processes, technologies and systems that support best-in-class operations including high volume and high availability environments • Proven success building, mentoring and fully developing a successful team • Ability to balance short term tactical decisions with long term strategic thinking • Capable of working under stringent timelines, and ability to lead during intense situations and adapt to fast changing business conditions • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders, including the board, peers, customers, vendors, partners, and thought leaders within their respective market • Ability to lead, influence and communicate across the organization • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport and trust
