• Proven experience in automotive service operations and process development • Knowledge of standard dealership practices and processes as well as key personnel positions in both Sales and Service • Understanding of adult learning theory and practice, i.e. objectives, measurement, evaluation, etc. • Understanding of management practices, i.e. organizing, evaluating, and directing
