Description

• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions • Manages teams of contract support personnel • Maintains and manages client interface • Formulates and reviews task plans • Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports • Delegates responsibilities and oversees task completion • Must possess and apply expertise of multiple complex work assignments • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting project growth and success

Requirements

• An understanding of best practices in IT software development and systems implementation (Agile) • 8+ years' experience managing IT team in a Scrum/Agile environment • Experience managing teams (8+) and overall revenue of $5M+ • Experience managing Federal Government contracts • Proactive problem solving and ability to work autonomously • Superb Verbal and Written Communications Skills and client facing experience • Attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Experience in managing diverse group of functional activities • Bachelors Degree in related field - Masters Degree ++ PMP Certification preferred • U.S. Citizens willing to undergo government background investigation process
