📋 Description
• Ares is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design, development, and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions across the organization. • This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. • The ServiceNow Enterprise Architect will also play a crucial role in mentoring internal developers, driving technical excellence, and maintaining strong relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise-level implementations. • Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including hands-on development and architectural design. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations. • Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and best practices. • Excellent technical leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding development teams. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in writing ServiceNow delivery proposals, conducting oral presentations, and delivering solution demonstrations. • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem. • Certified in one or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources, CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management, Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA).
