• 3+ years of software development experience • 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience • Understanding of document signing tools • Proficiency in Java • Experience with integration and API development • ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator • 1+ Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications • CompTIA Security+ certification (required for IT1 Administrators only)
