Description

• Responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide analytical support to process development and improvement efforts. • Work with program offices to define new areas of improvement and prioritize such improvements.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification and qualification -- PMP (Project Management Professional), CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), Agile Project Management • MS Power Platform certification • 2-4 years’ experience developing flow charts/process flow diagrams or data flow diagrams/business process modeling • 2 years' experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI • Adept with MS Office Suite • Organized, self-disciplined, and be able to read and write English. • Ability to pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust). • U.S. citizen • 4-year degree in a related field. • Prior experience working in education and/or the federal government • Existing DHS (Department of Homeland Security) or CBP Entry on Duty suitability
