•ARETUM, a premier government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is looking for a meticulous and driven Financial Analyst to join our expanding team. •As a Financial Analyst at ARETUM, you will provide essential support for financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure that our operations meet government standards and exceed client expectations. •ARETUM is recognized for delivering innovative solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients across various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. •Our mission is to empower our clients with advanced technology-driven strategies that help them achieve their goals effectively. •Entering data into financial and other systems. •Coordinating centralized processing of contracts into GSA’s financial system. •Classifying accounting transactions. •Maintaining and reconciling accounts. •Performing account close out procedures. •Preparing reports and statements. •Analyzing accounting data. •Examining accounts.

Requirements

•Two years of experience with federal financial accounting demonstrating a basic understanding of federal accounting systems, policies and procedures, standard accounting codes, classifications, and terminology. •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required. (Three years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements). •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software/programs.
