• ARETUM is seeking a skilled and dynamic Graphics Designer to join our team. • You will develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our brand. • Collaborate with the Proposal Team to understand requirements and design graphics. • Create proposal templates, cover page designs, and graphics for proposals. • Maintain graphics repository to ensure accessibility. • Responsible for UI/UX design for the Aretum website. • Manage the company SharePoint site for sector-specific requirements. • Design and coordinate newsletters and town hall presentations. • Develop holiday email campaigns while maintaining brand identity. • Manage press releases and services capability decks. • Manage ARETUM’s LinkedIn page.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles. • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear content. • Experience in managing website content, social media platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. • Ability to do powerpoint presentations like kickoff slides (under the direction of the proposal manager) and oral presentations • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. • Knowledge of government contracting or related industry is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
