Description
• Lead our engineering organisation into delivering high-quality, scalable, software products fulfilling our strategic product objectives • Manage our engineering leads, providing mentorship and coaching through team discussions, 1-1, and performance reviews • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and technical feasibility of new features and products • Provide technical leadership and guidance on software design, architecture, and development methodologies • Identify and recruit top engineering talent as needed to support the growth and expansion of the team • Work closely with our Director of Product to shape and define Argent’s Product and Engineering roadmap
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering. 5+ years of experience in leading and managing software engineering teams • Extensive technical expertise and experience across backend, frontend, and blockchain technologies. • Proven experience in developing and operating secure, reliable, and scalable consumer services • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
