Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in a technology startup. • Experience working with founders, able to execute quickly with a strong product focus. • Strong operational management skills with a passion for delivering results. • STEM background is preferred you are a result and data driven leader. • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple distributed teams. • Experience working in a remote first startup. • 2+ years working in Strategy Consulting or investment banking. • Deep familiarity with the blockchain industry and the development of Layer 2 networks. • Program & Project Management - valuable connector, bridging gaps and facilitating communication and collaboration within the organization to remove roadblocks and keep Argent on target.
