• Define an innovative and impactful access strategy narrative for argenx - how is argenx as a company creating value for society / health care systems • Develop global pricing strategy and indication sequencing • Bring forward innovative contracting strategies and offers to bring value to customers and the company • Partner with HEOR to generate the data to support value story and reimbursements • Develop total cost of care narrative • Capability building • Build and develop the Market Access and Pricing capability • Monitor market landscape for emerging trends, opportunities and threats • Key member of pricing committee • Participate in the global market access forum to ensure cohesive market access and pricing strategy for in-line assets • Create alignment across the Regions, best practice sharing • Drive development of global market access & payer strategies for pipeline indications and assets • Oversee launch sequencing based on market and payer insights • Determine early Market Access potential for pipeline indications and assets including TPP, Value proposition and launch markets • Serve as representative on Global Indication Strategy Team, consolidating and reconciling feedback from all markets

Requirements

• BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA preferred • 15 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry • Ability to thrive in an environment where co-creation and partnership is key • Previous US market access experience required and Global preferred • Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions • Strong project management, communication, and organization skills • Agility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results • Launch readiness experience preferred • Native English; Conversational French or German preferred; any other language a plus
