Description

• The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and detailed describing features' requirements. • Creating requirements documentation and communication with development teams and other departments regarding new features and product changes. • Ensuring that each feature has complete and clear descriptions reflecting the vision of business and product strategy. • Collecting and analyzing requirements and writing clear and detailed specifications, flows, and wireframes. • Working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to meet business needs. • Managing incoming feature requests and describing functionality with the team for clarifications. • Working with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth implementation and delivery. • Finding opportunities for initiatives to improve customer experience. • Participating in ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features. • Creating descriptions of already implemented solutions and keeping documentation up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis or a related field. • Experience in creating specifications, MRDs or other technical documentation is a must. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English). • Upper Intermediate level of English or higher. • Problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Basic knowledge of web technologies and development life cycle. • Experience in a job in the Gaming market will be a big plus. • Excellent teamwork skills. • Ability to multitask in a multicultural, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
