📋 Description

• Provide support to the Events team by managing documentation, logistics, and organizational tasks related to the planning and execution of B2B events. • Prepare presentations and events agendas. • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents. • Maintain and update databases of suppliers, and service providers. • Track event-related expenses. • Monitor the status of logistical arrangements. • Handle the preparation and shipment of materials needed for events, as required. • Assist in resolving on-site issues during events. • Ensure adherence to defined quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized and detail oriented. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • 1-2 years in similar roles in the events industry or related B2B areas. • Experience managing vendors. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative attitude. • Proactive mindset and a strong customer service attitude. • Advanced English level (mandatory).
